If you have an error being displayed in the press controller or the DFE stating "Data Underrun" please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
1. Right click the windows start menu and select the "Device Manager".
2. Expand the "Network Adapters" section of the list.
3. Find the 10G card - (X550 or Marvel Action) Right click on the device name and "Uninstall Device" and be sure to check the box to delete the device drivers and select OK.
4. Once the device drops off the list, wait a minute or two for the device to be recognized again.
5. It will install itself and also the latest drivers.
6. As a double check, right click the device again and select "Update Drivers" and use windows update option.
7. Open the "Network Devices" and right click the 10G network device and select "Properties".
8. Double click the " Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" settings and select "Use the following IP address".
9. In the IP address field enter 192.168.111.1 and hit the Tab button on your keyboard to fill in the DNS settings (255.255.255.0).
10. Click the "Advanced" button and at the bottom of the window and uncheck the box labeled "Automatic Metric" and enter 10 in the field and click OK on every window.
11. Now try printing a job again. If you are still having issues, please submit a support ticket on Help Desk.
